What is the Cambria Christmas Market? A Christmas Market is a street market centered around celebrating the holiday season. The history of Christmas Markets goes back to the Late Middle Ages! Markets originated in Europe but are now being held in many other countries. In many towns in Germany and Austria, the holiday season is opened with the traditional Christmas Market or “Weihnachtsmarkt.” Generally held near the town square, the market sells food, drink, and seasonal items from open-air stalls, accompanied by traditional singing and dancing.
The Cambria Christmas Market’s many unique offerings include tempting local food and drink, with bratwursts, fresh baked goods and treats, and Glühwein, our traditional German hot spiced wine – guaranteed to keep guests cozy while wandering through Winter Wonderland!
Cambria Christmas Market is best know for it's wonderful light displays, featuring over a million lights throughout the market!
In 2016 we welcomed over 55,000 visitors!
